Southern Soul Barbeque was established in 2000 by Griffin Bufkin and Pitmaster Harrison Sapp. Southern Soul is housed in the 1950’s Hillard Oil Station centrally located on St. Simons Island in Georgia. They are known for their 12+ Hour Hardwood Smoked meats but also produce a delicious line of signature sauces. The Sweet Georgia Soul is buttery, brown sugar sweet, tangy tomato base with a hint of mustard and black pepper. The Hot Georgia Soul adds a subtle kick of cayenne and sriracha. The Hot Red Cayenne is a traditional vinegar based cayenne pepper sauce, and the Habanero Peach is a spicy sweet pepper sauce with great body and depth.
