Three Brothers Farm, located in Youngsville, LA. is a third generation sugar cane farm owned and run by Bob Romero and his son Chris. After harvesting the homegrown sugarcane, they produce, package, and sell raw sugar in their FDA-approved kitchen with no additives or preservatives. For many years, they have supplied raw sugar to several of New Orlean's better known restaurants and co-ops. The farm is a rare source of domestic raw sugar. The majority of retail raw sugar is imported from Mauritius or Ghana.
